"Customer Service Gave Me a Scare"
To start off, my experience with the tutor was just awful. He barely did anything and just sent over a document as if that was enough. When I reached out to customer service to voice my concerns, I was actually threatened. The agent straight up told me I wouldn’t get my money back and warned that if I posted a negative review, they’d reach out to my college to have me kicked out. It seems like when you raise issues about the tutor, their main focus is just to brush it off and say there’s nothing they can do. I forked out $161 for this, and all I got in return were threats.

"I got threatened by customer service"
First, my experience was terrible with the assigned tutor who tried to do nothing and send a document like he did something. When I tried to complain to customer service I was literally threatened, the agent told me that I won't get reimbursed and that if I leave a bad review they will contact my college and get me ejected. When you complain about the tutor all they care about is to find a way to say they can do nothing about it. I paid 161$ for it, and in the end, I receive nothing but threats.

"Chat went silent and deadline was missed"
I forked out $84 for an assignment that was supposed to be finished before the due date. But as the deadline got closer, the chat just stopped responding. I inquired about the status, but got no reply. They ended up sending me the homework after the deadline, so I couldn't submit it. Total waste of both time and cash.

"Unresponsive chat and missed deadline"
Paid $84 for assignment to be done before deadline. As deadline approached all of a sudden chat became unresponsive. When asked about progress there was no response. Sent me homework after deadline so was not able to turn it in. Waste of time and money.
